| Hi I just picked up a Classic 2000 for 2 Lacs . The Vehicle looks good drove it down for 750 Kms . Have not gone off road yet . |

Hey navyan,
Thats seems ok for a classic depending on the condition. But if u are not particular about classic u can look for any other short chasis vehicle with 4 WD for a lesser price. Me too in bangalore.Keep in touch and do come to the OTR with us. |

Hi .. I am new to this group...
I have an query.
I am getting a Mahindra Classic 1981 for 150 K.. vehicle is running condition and recently had a engine overhaul and battery change.. and I have taken a test drive..
Is the price rite ? and wht all do I need to check before I buy ? Need to close it by friday .. looking forward to suggestion |

The mahindra CLASSIC were manufactured from 1996-2001 with the nomenclature CL340DP4WD.
They were made for export 4-5K vehicles were sold in INDIA.
Specs
Engine - Peugeot XD4.9P 62Bhp
Gearbox - 4Speed KMT90
Transfer case - T-18 2 speed
Differential Front - Full-Floating Live Axle 4.88:1 Diff-Ratio
Differential Rear - Semi-Floating Live Axle 4.88:1 Diff-Ratio
Suspension - All-Around Leaf Spring With Shock Absorber
